Orsi received her PhD for addressing the missing baryon problem, and uncovering the nature of ultra-diffuse galaxies using Chandra and XMM-Newton observations. Currently, she is a postdoctoral fellow in the High-Energy Astrophysics research group. Her research interests focus on galaxies, galaxy clusters, and the large-scale structure of the Universe through X-rays.
